Terms and Conditions All medical devices, equipment, and sterilization solutions provided by Sterilmed Medikal are subject to the following general terms, unless otherwise specified in writing between the buyer and our company. These terms are established to ensure operational excellence and mutual trust.
Order and Contract Confirmation: All orders submitted by the customer become definitive only upon written confirmation by Sterilmed Medikal. Requests submitted after the validity period of our quotations may be updated in line with market conditions and raw material costs.
Delivery and Transfer of Risk: Product delivery is carried out in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. Products are packaged to international standards to prevent damage during transit. Responsibility and risk regarding the product are transferred to the buyer upon delivery.
Warranty and Return Policy: All our devices are under warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period (2 years unless otherwise stated). However, malfunctions caused by user error, intervention by unauthorized persons, or the use of improper sterilization parameters are excluded from the warranty. Return requests are evaluated provided the product is in its original packaging and the sterile integrity is intact.
Payment Terms: Invoiced amounts are collected within the framework of the agreed payment plan. Legal interest rates may apply to late payments. Ownership of the products remains with Sterilmed Medikal until the total amount has been fully credited to our accounts.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality: Technical drawings, software, and trademarks belonging to our products are the intellectual property of Sterilmed Medikal. The buyer undertakes not to share this information with third parties and to protect commercial secrets.
