General Terms and Conditions

All medical devices, equipment, and sterilization solutions provided by Sterilmed Medikal are subject to the following general terms, unless otherwise specified in writing between the buyer and our company. These conditions are established to ensure operational excellence and mutual trust.

1. Order and Contract Confirmation

All orders submitted by the customer become definitive only upon written confirmation from Sterilmed Medikal. Requests made after the expiration of the validity period stated in our quotes may be updated in accordance with market conditions and raw material costs.

2. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Delivery of products is carried out in compliance with the agreed-upon Incoterms. To prevent damage during transit, products are packaged according to international standards. Responsibility and risk associated with the product are transferred to the buyer upon completion of the delivery.

3. Warranty and Return Conditions

All our devices are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period (2 years unless otherwise stated). However, malfunctions resulting from user error, intervention by unauthorized personnel, or the use of improper sterilization parameters shall void the warranty. Return requests are evaluated provided that the product is in its original packaging and the sterility integrity remains intact.

4. Payment Terms

Invoiced amounts are collected within the framework of the agreed payment plan. Legal interest rates may apply to delayed payments. Title and ownership of the products remain with Sterilmed Medikal until the total amount has been fully credited to our accounts.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Technical drawings, software, and trademarks associated with our products are the intellectual property of Sterilmed Medikal. The buyer undertakes not to share this information with third parties and to protect all commercial secrets.
